Truth in Accounting Lists Stockton 4th most fiscally healthy large city in U.S.Feb 08, 2021This nonprofit, nonpartisan organization evaluates the financial documents of large U.S. cities, ranking Stockton as a "sunshine" city in its Financial State of the Cities 2021 report. Only 13 cities are labeled "sunshine cities." Stockton is up from sixth place in both 2020 and 2019.
