In November 2023, the City of Stockton released a Request for Interest / Statement of Qualifications for Development or Partnership Opportunities. Included in the solicitation are development or lease opportunities of several properties and parcels owned by, and located throughout, the City of Stockton. These opportunities offer a variety of infill development or leasing opportunities for parcels with high visibility and easy access to major arterial roads.
