Megan's Law Registered Sex Offender

The Family Crimes Unit of the Stockton Police Department Investigations Division monitors and tracks sex offender registrants living in the city limits of Stockton.  California Penal Code Section 290 lists the convictions that require sex offender registration.  These crimes include: indecent exposure, rape and crimes involving minors.  Registration can also be required for crimes that were sexually motivated.
