Stockton Police Department Rules and Regulations

The following Manual of Rules and Regulations for the Stockton Police Department was approved by the City of Stockton Civil Service Commission on May 18, 2017.

It is the duty and responsibility of every member of the Stockton Police Department to thoroughly familiarize themselves with the material contained herein.  In the event of a breach of discipline, it will be presumed that the member concerned was familiar with the contents of this manual (56 page PDF).
